Coming soon: hide your site until launch

Show a branded "Coming soon" page while you set up your website, then go live with one click.

Setting up a new site? Turn on Settings › Coming soon to show visitors a branded holding page until you're ready.

What visitors see

Your facility name, logo and colour, your message (optional) and a Notify me box where people can leave their email. Sign-ups are saved; nothing is sent automatically.

What still works

You and your team see the real website whenever you're signed in, so you can build and check it. Your sign-in page, the manager dashboard, the renter account, payment links and e-sign links all keep working.

Turning it on and off

Only the account owner or a facility admin can change it. Tick Show "Coming soon" to visitors, add a message if you like, confirm and Save. It takes effect within about 10 seconds. To launch, untick it and save.

If Storage Reservations turned it on for you and locked it, contact support to go live. Storage Reservations can also turn self-service off.

Search engines

While it's on, search engines are told the site is temporarily unavailable and not to index the holding page. Turn it off as soon as you launch so your pages can be found.
