Delinquency, late notices and liens

How reminders, late fees, gate lockout and lien cases fit together.

Billing automations send reminders before the due date and late notices after it. Gate codes are disabled automatically after the number of days you choose (Website visibility → Gate access).

  • Customers marked pays by check get extra grace days.
  • Lien workflows follow the rules for your state under Settings → Lien & lease rules.
  • Always confirm notice requirements with your attorney before a sale.
