Money: invoices, payments, liens and auctions

Billing, taking payments, delinquency, lien rules, auctions, promotions and automations.

  • Invoices & payments: every invoice and payment. Refunds and voids update the balance.
  • Take a payment: card on file, new card, cash or check.
  • Merchant services: card-processing application and terminals.
  • Delinquency & liens: lien steps follow the rules in *Settings → Lien & lease rules*. Your state's law decides the notices and timing; check with your attorney.
  • Auctions: lien-sale auctions listed on the auction site after moderation. The first auction at a facility can trigger an on-site inspection.
  • Promotions & fees: move-in specials, discounts and fees.
  • Billing automations / rules: late fees, autopay retries and reminders. Outbound email/SMS may be off; reminders then show only in the renter portal.
  • Accounting reports / GL mapping: exports for your bookkeeping.
