Renters: reservations, move-ins, move-outs

Customers, reservations, move-in, move-out, waitlist, verification and importing.

• Customers: each renter's profile, leases, invoices, documents, notes and messages. Leases and move-outs are opened from the customer.
• Reservations: online and phone reservations. Move-in turns a reservation into a lease, with documents, payment and a gate code.
• Requests: renter-portal requests (move-out notices, access changes, and so on).
• Waitlist: people waiting for a size that's sold out.
• Verifications: renter ID checks, if you turned them on in Settings → Renter verification.
• Import: bring renters and units over from another system.

Needs the *Bookings* and *Customers* permissions.
