What the Today page shows and how to run the day.

Today is your home page. It lists what needs attention: move-ins and move-outs today, failed autopays, gate lockouts, lien steps that are due, unanswered leads and renter requests. Each card links to the page where you handle it.

Calendar shows reservations, move-ins, move-outs and scheduled tasks by day.

If you run several locations under one brand, Brand roll-up combines them.

Daily routine

1. Work through Today from top to bottom.
2. Answer leads and renter messages (Communications → Inbox).
3. Check the Money group for failed payments and lien steps.
4. Glance at Maintenance for open work orders.
