Units, sizes, map and access

Setting up units and sizes, the facility map, maintenance, condition reports, locks and gate codes.

  • Units: every rentable space and its status (available, reserved, occupied, overlocked, maintenance).
  • Sizes & pricing: unit types with dimensions, features and street rates. Marketplace and website prices come from here.
  • Map / Map builder: draw the site so staff and renters can find units.
  • Storage types: what you offer (climate-controlled, parking, boxes, and so on).
  • Maintenance: work orders. Condition reports: move-in/move-out photos and notes.
  • Access codes and Locks: gate codes and lock inventory. Overlock and lockout status follows balances when your access system is connected.

Changing units needs the *Units* permission.
