Sizes, web rates and street rates

How sizes, unit counts and the two rates work together.

Each size (for example 10×10 climate) has a street rate (in-store) and a web rate (shown online). Units belong to a size.

Tips

Keep web rates a little below street rates to reward online renters.
Mark a unit unrentable while it's being repaired instead of deleting it.
Use Promotions for move-in specials rather than lowering rates.
