Requests

Open Schedule a delivery, pull or service and choose receiving (an inbound delivery), pull (outbound), pick & pack, forklift / handling, inventory count, after-hours access or other. Add the date and time, pallets or cartons, the PO / BOL reference and the carrier.

The warehouse confirms the time and dock. You can cancel a request until it starts. Handling fees, if any, follow your agreement and appear on your next invoice, which you can pay online.
