Your website chat helper

The “Questions?” button on your website: a short decision tree that sends visitors to the right page or to your inbox.

The Questions? button on your public website walks visitors through a few choices, no AI and no outside scripts:

• I need a storage unit → your units and prices (by type), size guide, quote form.
• I already rent here → tenant login, pay bill, move-out notice, messages.
• Search common questions → help articles for renters.
• Message the office → a short contact form. It arrives in Leads (source “chat_helper”); staff email addresses are never shown.

Change the wording, add steps or turn it off in Marketing & Website → Chat helper. The preview on the right shows your unsaved changes. Use {facility} to insert your facility's name. Reset to defaults brings back the standard helper.
