Protect your renter account with two-step sign-in

Optional authenticator-app codes, backup codes and signed-in devices for your storage account.

In your account, open Profile → Security. Set up an authenticator app by scanning the QR code, enter the 6-digit code, and save your backup codes. You can see and sign out the devices signed in to your account. If you lose your phone and backup codes, call the office.
